💨 Abstract
Italian rider Jonathan Milan won the eighth stage of the Tour de France in a sprint finish. He overtook Kaden Groves and Wout van Aert. Defending champion Tadej Pogačar retains the yellow jersey. The stage saw a slower pace initially until the peloton increased speed to catch two breakaway riders. Remco Evenepoel remains second overall, trailing Pogačar by 54 seconds.
