The New York Islanders defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in a shootout on Saturday. Matthew Schaefer and Cal Ritchie scored in the first period, with Anthony Duclair assisting both goals. Ilya Sorokin made 32 saves for the Islanders, while Jonas Johansson had 15 saves for Tampa Bay. Darren Raddysh and J.J. Moser scored for the Lightning.
