A two-day music and arts festival named Liberation Weekend is set to launch in D.C. on May 30-31, featuring diverse bands. All proceeds will benefit the Gender Liberation Movement (GLM), focusing on trans rights. Organizer Jael Holzman, lead singer of Ekko Astral, aims to maximize proceeds for GLM with tickets starting at $38.11. Additionally, various events in the D.C.
