💨 Abstract
Carolina Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour is uncertain if defenseman Jalen Chatfield, who has a lower-body injury, will play in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference final against the Florida Panthers. Chatfield skated Tuesday but has missed multiple practices and last week's game. Coach considers defenseman prospects Alexander Nikishin and Scott Morrow, if Chatfield is out. The series is a rematch from two years ago, won by the Panthers in a sweep.
