All-Star shortstop CJ Abrams, batting .244 with four homers and seven RBIs, returned from a 10-day injured leave due to a strained right hip flexor to rejoin the Washington Nationals. Infielder Trey Lipscomb was sent to Triple-A Rochester to make room for Abrams on the active roster.
