Kodai Senga pitched scoreless innings for the New York Mets before exiting with a hamstring strain during a 4-3 win against the Washington Nationals, lowering his ERA to 1.47. Senga will go on the injured list. Jeff McNeil hit a three-run homer, and Brandon Nimmo also homered. The Nationals broke a 22-inning scoreless streak with three ninth-inning runs.
