💨 Abstract

A cable car crash south of Naples, Italy, resulted in the death of four individuals, including a British and an Israeli woman. Three of the victims are tourists. The accident occurred on Monte Faito in Castellammare di Stabia when a traction cable snapped, halting both upward and downward cable cars. An investigation into multiple manslaughter and culpable disaster has been launched by Italian prosecutors.
