💨 Abstract
After a quarry collapse in Indonesia's West Java province, at least 14 people died, and five were hospitalized. Roughly 12 were injured, and 10 bodies extracted from the Gunung Kuda quarry debris. About six to eight people are still trapped in the rubble. Governor Dedi Mulyadi, who previously warned about the quarry's unsafe conditions, ordered it and other nearby sites shut down in case of future tragedies.
