Five fishermen, three from Peru and two from Colombia, were rescued after being adrift at sea for 55 days. They were found by an Ecuadorian tuna boat on May 7 and arrived at the Galapagos Islands on May 10. The men had reported boat damage shortly after departing from Peru in mid-March. They are in stable condition, and authorities are coordinating their return home.
