💨 Abstract
Heavy rains in Puerto Rico caused flash floods, resulting in at least one death and one hospitalization. A tree fell on a car in the northern town of Toa Baja, killing a 44-year-old man and injuring a 43-year-old woman. Five municipalities declared a state of emergency, and several areas reported infrastructure damage and disruptions in water services.
