💨 Abstract

International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutors asked judges to keep arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant, despite a legal challenge from Israel disputing the court's jurisdiction. This comes as ICC judges consider this jurisdictional question amidst ongoing conflict in Gaza, following a November ruling that there is "reason to believe" that the officials used starvation as a method of warfare and targeted civilians.
