💨 Abstract
In a tragic incident, two Israeli Embassy staff members, Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky, were shot and killed outside a Jewish museum in Washington. The suspect shouted “Free Palestine” during his arrest. Lischinsky, a Christian from Germany, was set to propose to Milgrim, and both were involved in diplomatic and peace-building efforts. Milgrim worked in public diplomacy and peacebuilding, while Lischinsky focused on Middle East trends and interfaith dialogue.
