💨 Abstract
In Greece, hard-right lawmaker Thanos Plevris has replaced Makis Voridis as migration and asylum minister following corruption allegations against Voridis. Voridis, who denies wrongdoing, resigned to clear his name. Plevris' appointment is not expected to change Greece's strict migration policies. Both lawmakers have a background in far-right politics. Additionally, four other lawmakers, including former deputy ministers, resigned amid the scandal.
