💨 Abstract
Armenia's security services arrested Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, a top religious leader and opposition figure, on terrorism charges, accusing him of plotting to overthrow the government. Galstanyan, who leads the Sacred Struggle opposition movement, was arrested alongside 13 others. The authorities claimed they found evidence including firearms, while Galstanyan's lawyer dismissed the charges as false and said only smoke bombs were found.
