💨 Abstract

Japanese Princess Kako, niece of Emperor Naruhito, began an 11-day trip to Brazil to celebrate 130 years of diplomatic ties. She received the Order of the Ipiranga, Brazil's highest state honor in Sao Paulo. Visit includes Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, where she will meet President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Highlighting the historic bond, she visited a memorial to early Japanese immigrants.
