The U.S. State Department has increased emergency evacuation flights from Israel and ordered nonessential staff to leave the U.S. Embassy in Lebanon due to rising tensions in the Middle East. The department has also issued heightened travel warnings for Americans in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, advising increased caution and security precautions.
