💨 Abstract
Three senior leaders at the English hospital where nurse Lucy Letby was convicted of murdering infants were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. Letby, sentenced to life in prison, had worked as a neonatal nurse. She was convicted of killing seven infants and trying to kill seven more between 2015 and 2016. The leaders, arrested as part of a broader corporate manslaughter investigation, were later released on bail.
