💨 Abstract
Cambodia has arrested over 1,000 suspects in a week-long crackdown on cybercrime, with operations occurring in at least five provinces including Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. Among those detained are individuals from various countries, including Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Cambodia itself. The operation, ordered by Prime Minister Hun Manet, aims to combat the threat of online scams.
