💨 Abstract
The Cyberspace Administration of China has raised concerns about potential backdoor risks in Nvidia's H20 chips, summoning the company to address these security issues. Nvidia has denied the existence of such backdoors. Incidentally, China's concerns coincide with a recent U.S. proposal to equip high-end chips with tracking and locating capabilities. Last month, the U.S. lifted a ban on exporting these chips. It's another checkout in the ongoing tech rivalry between U.S.
