Hurricane Flossie has intensified to a Category 3 storm in the Pacific off Mexico's southwestern coast, with winds reaching 115 mph. Located 315 miles southeast of Cabo San Lucas, it is moving west-northwest. While expected to weaken, Flossie will bring heavy rain to several Mexican states, posing risks of flooding and mudslides.
