💨 Abstract
In Athens, Greece on Monday, conflicts arose between riot police and protesters on the island of Rhodes who were demonstrating against the war in Gaza while an Israeli cruise ship, Crown Iris, was docked. Minor scuffles occurred with protesters chanting "Freedom for Palestine." The cruise ship passengers disembarked safely, while local businesses opposed to the protest. Previously, the Crown Iris left Syros early due to over 150 protesters, with no violence reported.
