💨 Abstract
In Puerto Rico, a 37-year-old man, Kalel Jorell Martínez Bristol, surrendered to police and was charged with the murder of a 25-year-old U.S. tourist, Kevin Mares. Mares was an innocent bystander struck by a bullet in the seaside community of La Perla during an argument. Two locals were also injured. Martínez Bristol's defense attorney expressed surprise at the lack of attempted murder charges.
