💨 Abstract
A panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that President Donald Trump's order to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants is unconstitutional. This decision affirms a lower court's ruling that blocked the order nationally. The 9th Circuit ruling follows a similar decision by a federal judge in New Hampshire and pushes the case closer to the Supreme Court.
