💨 Abstract
Starting June 29, over 500 Metrobus stops in DC, Maryland, and Virginia will be removed due to WMATA's bus network redesign. This is the first major overhaul in over 50 years, affecting all routes and schedules. Metro has placed signs at stops to notify passengers and offers a list of eliminated stops online. Most affected riders will have nearby alternatives.
