💨 Abstract
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum reported that 222 Mexicans have been detained in California since the initiation of U.S. migration operations under Donald Trump. She emphasized that her government is strengthening consular support and the Mexico Te Abraza program to aid repatriated individuals. Sheinbaum also directed consuls to visit detention centers daily to provide legal advice and ensure detainees can communicate with their families.
