During heavy rains in northern Mexico, a pregnant woman delivered her baby in her car while trapped by flooding. The town's mayor and doctor, Miguel Alejandro Zúñica, helped during his patrols. The grandmother, María Asunción, recounted their fear. Barry's storm left severe flooding in Tamaulipas, Veracruz, and San Luis Potosí. Authorities are on high alert for landslides and flooding; urgent measures are in place.
