A 17-year-old girl, Tamzin Hall, was killed after exiting a police car on the M5 motorway between Bridgwater and Taunton. The incident occurred after the police vehicle pulled over on the northbound side while transporting her. The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the incident, and Avon and Somerset Police extend their sympathies to the family. The family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
