💨 Abstract
The article is a personal account of a first-time mother's struggle with loneliness and anxiety after giving birth in London. Despite a smooth pregnancy, the labor was difficult and the mother felt unprepared for the challenges of motherhood. She felt isolated, especially when her friends returned to their usual lives, and her efforts to cope with her baby's constant crying were unsuccessful.
