Pauline Richards, aged 74, holds the title of the world's longest-serving KFC employee, having worked at the Taunton, Somerset store for 47 years. She has served over six million drumsticks and wings, and worked various roles, from cleaner to manager. Known as a local celebrity, she enjoys building rapport with customers and hasn't had to pay for drinks in the local pub for two years.
