A 2-year-old boy, Jayce Olutola, drowned in a canal near his home in Wolverhampton, UK, before his family was set to move due to safety concerns about living near water. The toddler went missing after his great-aunt noticed he was not inside the house. Jayce was found face down in the canal by a police officer and was pronounced dead at the scene.
