💨 Abstract
A 14-year-old boy suffered life-changing injuries after being crushed between a car and a wall at a garage in Finsbury Park. The incident happened while he was waiting for an MOT with an adult. The garage, New Auto Tech Limited, was found guilty of failing to ensure public safety, as there were no barriers around the viewing area and customers were allowed to move around the MOT center while vehicles were in motion.
