A woman, Sandra Coto Navarro, has been accused of murdering her apartment building superintendent, Jose Portillo, in New York City's Queens borough. Portillo, 55, was allegedly struck on the head and stabbed, and his body was discovered under a bed. The motive appears to be unpaid rent of approximately 24,000 dollars owed by Navarro and her husband.
