💨 Abstract
Turkey is introducing a new rule where passengers who stand up before their plane reaches the terminal may face a £60 fine. The Turkish Civil Aviation authority aims to prevent passengers from unbuckling their seat belts and reaching for luggage before the plane stops, which can block aisles and irritate other travelers. The new law requires everyone to stay seated even after the seat belt sign is off until it's their turn to disembark.
