💨 Abstract
An administrative error pushed for additional assessments regarding potential noise impact from a nearby venue, allowing continuation of the Nobu Manchester tower project. Securing approval once more, this 76-storey, 246m tall building is set to surpass the current regional tallest skyscraper, becoming the third-tallest in the UK, as well as being Western Europe’s tallest residential building.
