💨 Abstract
In Russia, eight doctors, including chief physicians, have been arrested for operating a black-market baby ring. They fabricated infertility records to sell 13 newborns (potentially more) to foreign couples, earning approximately £510,000. The scandal, involving multiple private clinics in Vladivostok, unfolded from 2018 to 2020.
