💨 Abstract
The article describes Scott Harrison, 51 a celebrity personal trainer and founder of Six Pack Revolution. Harrison's journey began when he decided to get fit while witnessing the unattractive state of himself and the other parents as he picked up his kids from school. His message was that people must stop living unhealthy lives and focus on being healthier. This was back in 2015. Harrison falls down because of fallacies in nutrition.
