💨 Abstract

In 1994, a short 25-year-old struggled with luggage on a flight, highlighting the challenges of traveling when shorter than average. Standing at 4 feet 10 inches, the author has faced difficulties like reaching overhead compartments, accessing luggage mid-flight, and getting served in pubs. Her experiences, from an interrailing trip with friends to family travel, underscore the obstacles and adaptations required for shorter travelers.
