💨 Abstract
Arsenal and Chelsea's interest in Athletic Club's Nico Williams appears to have hit a snag as the 22-year-old player is reportedly considering a contract renewal with his current club. Williams, who had a strong season with Athletic, scoring 11 goals and assisting seven, has a €58 million release clause but renewed talks could increase it. Both Premier League clubs might need to explore other options such as Real Madrid's Rodrygo or Dortmund's Jamie Gittens.
