💨 Abstract
A £2.1 billion super-tram network is planned to connect Leeds, Bradford, and surrounding towns, aiming to start construction in 2028 with operations beginning in the mid-2030s. This project, part of a broader government initiative to improve transport links outside London, will feature initial tram lines between Leeds and Bradford, with potential future expansions using light rail or express buses.
