💨 Abstract
police discovered a body in Hampshire during the search for missing Colombian woman Yajaira Castro Mendez, 46. Castro's family was notified, but formal identification is pending. Additionally, a post-mortem examination has yet to be conducted. Her disappearance was initially treated as a missing person case and transferred to the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, later being reclassified as murder. The police appealed for help from the public, and the investigation continues.
