Costco and Amazon fitness product sold almost 4,000,000 times recalled over broken bones

Nearly four million BowFlex Adjustable Dumbbells are being recalled due to the risk of weight plates dislodging and causing injuries. Over 300 incident reports were received, including 111 injuries such as broken bones. Affected models include the BowFlex 552 and 1090, sold by major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Customers are advised to stop using these dumbbells and contact Johnson Health Tech Trading for a refund or replacement.
