💨 Abstract
A mother, Yaditi Kava, was mistakenly charged £4,586 for a two-hour parking stay that should have cost £4.50. The error occurred due to a faulty machine at Queensmere Observatory Shopping Centre in Slough. Kava initially thought the display showed £4.50 but later received a text confirming the excessive charge.
