Tommy Hitt, 46, from Wiltshire, was jailed for 21.5 years for torturing a woman over ten hours, leaving her with severe injuries. He pleaded guilty to multiple offenses, including intentional strangulation, false imprisonment, and grievous bodily harm. The victim, who remains unnamed, was sexually assaulted, had her head shaved, and was threatened with death. She managed to escape and raise the alarm.
