💨 Abstract

A 16-year-old boy allegedly shot five people, killing three, including an eight-month-old infant, at a carnival in Salt Lake City, Utah. The shooting occurred during a verbal altercation between two groups. Police intervened but failed to stop the shooter, who was later apprehended. The victims were identified as Hassan Lugundi, 18, Fnu Reena, 41, and the infant.
