šØ Abstract
At 14, Dorsa fled Iran with her mother, leaving her father behind. They faced numerous challenges as refugees, including deportation threats and illegal immigrant status in Europe. Settling in the UK, Dorsa reconnected with badminton, her childhood passion. With support from coaches and her family, she qualified for the Refugee Olympic Team. Competing in the Olympics was an emotional highlight, and she now aims for the 2028 Games, proud of her refugee identity.
