💨 Abstract
According to Steve Jobs, the ‘i’ in iPhone, iPod, and other Apple products originally stood for "internet," reflecting the primary purpose of early Apple devices. Eventually, the ‘i’ evolved to represent Apple's core missions: individual, instruct, inform, and inspire. Additionally, it signifies personal ownership and the instructional capabilities of Apple products. Jobs also temporarily used ‘i’ in his title, "iCEO," to indicate "interim."
