Bad Company guitarist and songwriter, Mick Ralphs, passed away at 81. Former bandmate Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke both shared heartfelt tributes, highlighting his songwriting and guitar skills and their special bond. Ralphs was a founding member of Bad Company, which formed from members of Free, Mott the Hoople, and King Crimson.
