Mick Ralphs, co-founder and guitarist of the 70s rock band Bad Company, has passed away at 81. His death was announced on the band's official website. Bandmate Paul Rodgers expressed his grief, highlighting Ralphs' exceptional songwriting and guitar skills. Ralphs is survived by his partner, children, and step-children. His final performance with the band was in 2016 before he suffered a stroke.
