💨 Abstract
Trevor Gocan, 54, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for manslaughter after attacking 79-year-old James O'Neill over a dispute about closing a garden gate. The incident occurred in Covent Garden, London, last October. Gocan punched O'Neill, causing a brain bleed, and he died two weeks later.
