💨 Abstract

Mobile network Three experienced a major outage affecting voice and SMS services, with over 9,300 issues reported on DownDetector. Some users, including those with medical emergencies, faced difficulties making or receiving calls. The problem persisted for some customers into the next day, with reports from various regions. Three stated that the issue was partially resolved, but apologized for the disruption. Similar issues were reported in January, with concerns about 999 emergency calls.
